- I'm the only child of an artist and an engineer. That alone should explain much. I'm an artist, not an engineer. Mom's the artist. I ski, bike, boat, hike, travel, read, write, paint, draw, dream and love. I've illustrated children's books and I am a contributing political cartoonist.

I am really "awestruck" by the variety and artistic quality of every one of the pictures. Not just the last one. Each of them has it's own draw. Maybe it's, in part, due to the fact that I "know" most of those scenes and yet I see them differently when you photograph them.
